Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, and high-quality dental care. We understand that you or your child may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to your needs, and it is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our clinic while providing the best care possible.

Before your first appointment, you can fill out the Patient Forms ahead of time. If you are not able to print and fill out the forms before your appointment, we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out new patient paperwork.

YOUR FIRST VISIT IS ALL ABOUT YOU: YOUR COMFORT, YOUR HAPPINESS, AND YOUR HEALTH

During your first visit, we will review your dental and medical history forms, and take X-rays of your teeth and mouth. A hygienist will gather information and will likely clean your teeth. One of our dentists will meet with you to discuss your X-rays, help you create your individual treatment plan, and answer any questions you may have.
